Pilates is offered as an individual session or in a group. Each Pilates exercise program can be custom built to fit the needs of each individual. All good Pilates sessions will begin with the basic core activation sequence before progressing the individual to more challenging movements throughout the session. Pilates programs can be developed for home use.
